RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the products, without charge , within 7 calendar days of the date of receipt of the products by (a) sending the returned product to Efterpis 10, New Heraklion, with a signed letter from the Customer; or (b) with return and change to any GELATO retail outlet.

In the 1 (a) case, you only bear the cost of returning the products. Refunds are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, without been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered, in any case they should not have been used (including labels / tabs with the usual indications / product price that should not have been removed from the product). Products must be accompanied by relevant purchase and delivery documents (eg, AD, receipt, bill of lading etc.). If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the Customer at its own expense.
Selection of a wrong size wrong will not be considered as defective product.
In any case, any damage of the product upon returning the product to us shall be borne solely by you (Customer).
To avoid your own inconvenience, we advise you to carefully check the status of the products sold and the intact packaging and label at the time of delivery of your order in order to identify any obvious defects.
In the case of return of the products and depending on how you choose to pay your order and how they will be refunded, your money will be refunded within 30 days from the date we receive the goods.
However, if the product is defective, you have the right to return it and get a replacement. In this case, the shipping costs of the new product or your refund will be borne solely by the company.
